Quality System:
Pearson Electronics is proud to have a Quality Management System that is accredited to ISO 9001: 2015. This accreditation was completed by NQA; a leading global and independently accredited certification body providing assessments of organizations to various Management System Standards since 1988. Calibration and Testing: Pearson Electronics provides calibration services for its Wide Band Current Monitors that are in compliance with ANSI/NCSL Z540-3 and traceable to NIST. See our CT Test Summary and Sample Test Certificate for more information on our standard pulse test. See our Sample Transfer Impedance Certificate for more information on our frequency response and phase angle measurements. Additional testing capabilities for Pearson Current Transformers are available by contacting a Pearson representative. Warranty and Repairs: All Pearson products have a one year warranty from date of purchase. Product may be returned for full credit, or exchanged, provided it has not been damaged by the customer. A restocking fee may apply. Pearson Current Transformers are internally potted and repairs to its electrical circuit resulting from exceeding its safe operating limits are not possible. On occasion, when the CT’s connector wire or its connector is damaged, we may be able to replace the connector. Contact a Pearson Electronics representative for more information. We offer touch up painting, or a complete repaint, service for our Current Transformers. |
